I made some substitutions so mine was slightly different but still yummy!
I had no celery so I will add that next time.
I had no file powder or Old Bay Seasoning so I used Cajun Spice.
I only used one can of crab meat.
I don't cook with salt.
AND I used mild italian sausage.
Hubby had 3 bowls and Gibby had 2!
Over noodles. Quite delicious! YAY! My first gumbo!!
